When will my order be processed?

Each Studio Picante order is handled with care and intention. Please allow 1–4 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been dispatched from our Mumbai studio, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery timelines begin once your order has been shipped.

Domestic delivery timelines vary by location within India. International delivery timelines depend on the destination country.

Is there a shipping fee?

We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders within India.

International shipping is charged at a flat rate of ₹3,500 per order and free shipping over ₹45,000. Customs duties or import taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

International shipping is charged at a flat rate of ₹2,000 per order. Customs duties and import taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
