SHIPPING

When will my order be processed?

Once your order has been placed, it takes 1-4 days to process and you will receive a shipping  confirmation via email. All orders are shipped from Mumbai, India 

When will I receive my order? 

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email  

Is there a shipping fee? 

We currently offer free shipping on all our orders

 What if I entered the wrong address?

RETURNS

What is your return policy? 

Returns may take up to 3 to 5 business days from the date of delivery to be assessed and processed  by us. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a notification via email with the store  credit.  

The credit amount for returns apply to the purchase price of the garments only. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are deducted from the credit amount.Store credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

How do I ask for a return? 

To return your item/s, please read our returns policy to check your item/s are eligible for a return. If your item/s meet the conditions of return, you can submit a returns request via our online returns portal here.

Once your return has been received at our Mumbai warehouse, our returns team will process it within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

 Can I exchange an item? 

You can exchange an item only once by registering it on our returns portal here.

ORDERS

How can I use my store credit? 

All store credits issued as a refund method will be issued as a gift card. You will receive this gift  card on your order email. The email will contain a voucher number that you must apply to your cart.  The voucher will remain valid for 12 months from the date of issue.  

To use your gift card, follow the steps below: 

1. Add items to your cart and select 'Checkout'. 

2. Enter your delivery address and click 'Proceed to Pay.' 

3. Choose your delivery method and click 'Proceed to Pay.' 

4. Under payment methods, select 'Use Shopify Gift Card'.

Can I update the contents of my order?

If you would like to make updates to your order and your order has not been shipped yet, please contact us at hello@studiopicante.in as soon as possible.

 What size am I?

What are my garment care instructions? 

Please read the washcare label in your garment to care for your studio picante garments and extend its  longevity. 

Dry Clean Only: Garments with this care tag need to be professionally dry-cleaned. The process  involves a cleaning method using a solvent other than water. 

Hand wash: These garments must be washed by hand and cannot be put in the washer. Please do not  wring or twist as this can distort the shape of the garment. You can then reshape the garment and lay  flat to air dry. 

Wash Cold: Select cold water on a gentle setting on your washer. These garments should be laid flat  to air dry.
