What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

We do not offer refunds. Approved returns are issued as store credit only.

Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

How do I request a return or exchange?

To request a return or exchange, please email hello@studiopicante.in within 14 days of delivery.

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps. All returns are subject to approval based on our return policy. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

When will my return be processed?

Once your return reaches our Mumbai facility, it will be assessed and processed within 3–5 business days.

When will I receive my store credit?

Once your return has been approved, your store credit will be issued via email as a Shopify Gift Card.

Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and applies to the value of the returned garment only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Eligible items can be exchanged once, subject to availability.

Can I return or exchange a sale item?

Items purchased during a sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Who covers return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and store credit applies only to the value of the returned garment.

What happens if my return doesn't meet the return conditions?

Items returned without their original tags, or those that have been worn, washed, used or altered, cannot be accepted.

Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused, and it will be the customer's responsibility to arrange collection of the garment.
