Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns/Exchange must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

We do not have a refund policy. All returns are processed as store credit only. 

All items must be in their original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed, with the return  tags still attached. All returns are accepted at the discretion of our team. Any item/s returned  without their returns tag, will not be accepted, and it is the customers responsibility to have  their items collected from the warehouse. 

Only authorised returns will be processed. Any returns sent without authorisation will be  refused and it will be the responsibility of the customer to arrange collection of their  garment.  

We do not accept any exchanges for items marked as SALE. 

We take pride in the craftsmanship and curation of each Studio Picante piece. If for any reason you  wish to make a return, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their  original condition, unworn, with tags intact. 

To initiate a return, please submit a request via our returns portal. Once received at our Mumbai  facility, returns are processed within 3–5 business days. Upon completion, store credit will be  issued to you via email.

Please note that store credit applies exclusively to the value of the garments. Shipping charges are  non-refundable, and return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer. Store credit remains  valid for 12 months from the date of issue. 

We offer a one-time exchange on items registered through our returns portal.
